Getting Started:

  1. Pick Your goal race.
  2. Select the level of program (Finisher/Competitive/Seriously Competitive).
  3. Fill out our questionnaire and let HR Training help you reach your goals.

  • Marathon Programs (24 week program)
  • ½ Ironman Distance Program (24 week program)
  • Ironman Distance Program (32 week program)
  • Specialty Races (16-24 week program)
