You will have a 30 minute phone appointment with a HR coach.
You and your HR coach will go over your on-line questionnaire
(see above) that you will already have filled out before your
appointment. You will go over your athletic background, any
medical or injury history and together set out race goals
and an annual plan.

All programs are fully designed for each athlete. Your program
is designed to meet your needs and your lifestyle. What is
right for one athlete may not be right for another.
Goal Setting:

At the initial assessment and throughout the season, you and
your HR coach will create workout, weekly, and monthly goals
to keep you on track for your main season goal.

Depending on the level of program you have access to all HR
coaches via email. Emails will be replied within 24hours unless
research is needed to answer question.

Phone appointments are athlete initiated. Athletes are responsible
to book a time with their HR coach. Phone appointments are
30 minutes in length.
Frequency
of Change to Program: back

Depending on the level of program you will be able to have
your program changed to fit your changing life schedule. This
will make sure that you do not pair the wrong workout together
by changing them on your own.
Race Planning:

and pace strategies, p and nutrition plan. |
